If my lack of posting this week hasn’t given it away, I’ve been buried under piles of Stuff getting ready for my garage sale on Saturday. I’m literally giddy at the thought of being free from my excess Stuff.
I’m also embarrassed by the amount of Stuff that I’ve dug out of my basement and closets. Truly embarrassed. One entire bay of our garage is filling up with Stuff.
We’re starting the garage sale festivities at 7am on Saturday. If you’re in the SW Pennsylvania area and want to come, shoot me an email or friend me on Facebook so I can give you my address. If you’ve already contacted me and I didn’t get back to you, please try again. I got a bunch of responses and I fear that I skipped a few.

I’m jealous that I’m not even close. I’d love to help rid you of your excess Stuff!
You tempt me so with that box of fabric!! That’s just too cruel.
Boy, I wish I was closer also! The fabric is calling my name.
Oh if I lived in the area I would sooooo be there… I see tons of stuff I’d attack!
don’t worry about it…we moved 5 (or 6?) times in the last 10 or so years, and EVERY TIME we moved, we had BIG yard sales. Plus I brought loads of stuff to goodwill. I swear, our house never looked overloaded or anything; it just comes out of the woodwork! I like to say that it multiplies in the dark, lol.
I hope the garage sale goes great!

Purging feels soooooo good! I bet you will be a happy girl when it’s all over! I’m having a give away, so if you have a moment, I’d love for you to pop on by and check it out!
Hey, Kimba! I’ve hardly seen you all summer, but we all must be in the de-cluttering mode, with all the yardsales going on around blogland. It sure does feel good to get rid of the excess. I can breathe a little better this week. Hope it’s a good one! xoxo
Oh how I wish we were close to you! We probably would load up a truck load and help you out!!
We have you added to our blog sidebar. Love your blog and our visitors will love it too!
I hope your yard sale goes better than planned.

Your yard sale looks like it’s the jackpot of all yard sales! Too bad I don’t live near you.
I am literally salivating over that fabric. Too bad Louisiana is so far away.
=( Are you sure you don’t live in Nashville?
That looks like the garage sale to end all garage sales How I’d love to dig through all that “junk”.
I hope your day goes well.

I want – no I NEED – that gold framed mirror for a special project!!! I have been looking everywhere for one that was cheap – garage sale cheap. I can’t find one anywhere. Oh, I wish I was within driving distance because I would come and get that piece right now
I have a fridge magnet that says ‘The person who dies with the most fabric…..wins’ My Design Guide.com might have to give it to you:)

Good luck with your sale, Kimba! Hope it’s a rousing success. . . and that you’re left counting your money instead of your left-over items.

It’s probably a good thing we’ll be busy moving this weekend or I’d be tempted to travel south and come to your garage sale. And probably find way too many things that I love by the looks of your photos.

Wow- this looks like my kind of sale.
Hope you found new homes for much of it, and a lot of cash came your way as well.
Hope it was a success.
Oooooh do I see oval frames? I wish I lived close by. I would be your first customer.
a whole box of spray paint…that would be a garage sale find come true!! I am afraid I have a small collection of spray paint – but a girl can dream!
And your “clear the stuff” posts got me busy – I had a yard sale this weekend and got rid of tons of stuff. I took the rest of it to a local auction and it will be sold off in lots in a week.
Good luck – hope you sell it all and are left with a pile of money to count!!
I have a feeling you are going to have line of people waiting to rummage through your “stuff” before you are even close to being set up!!

I made your bread. Head to my blog and see it. PERFECTION
Hi Kimba,
This is my first time at your blog. Your name is so unusual. I use to babysit a little girl named Kimba. Her parents were Rusty and Kay. I lived in Washington State at the time. I had to ask if this might be you? Could there be two Kimba’s :}
Hi Kimba,
I hope your garage sale was a huge success!
I sent you an email about a possible giveaway via the contact info listed on your blog: let me know if you didn’t get it.
I hope all is well with you!!
Oh man, wish i lived near you, you have such neat stuff. Hope it’s a great turnout!

So Nester and I are sitting here getting ready for our yardsale (clearly, since I’m online) and so we thought of you and your yard sale. And then, we just thought of you. And we miss you and wonder now if you also sold your blog at your yard sale.
Hugs. Miss your voice.

I just wandered about your fabulous site from StumbleUpon. I am sooo thankful that 1) your sale is over already and 2) that i don’t live anywhere near you cause i was drooling a tremendous amount over much of the ‘stuff’ that you are getting rid of. I probably would have made its way to my house and be added to the stuff that I already have excess of. i’m proud of you…cause its tough to get rid of stuff…but its good that you felt that you were helping yourself to get rid of things you didn’t need anymore.
