Welcome to DIY Day! Are you ready to share your latest project?

If you’re new here, every Tuesday we get together to share our newest DIY projects. I’m really flexible about what constitutes a DIY project. A furniture makeover, an outdoor project, a seasonal craft, some new artwork…maybe a great recipe?

And we have 2 fantastic prizes this week! One for the linker-uppers and one for the commenters!

Hi Kimba!

What a cool giveaway you’re having today. I would never have thought to have anything other than a plain old black strap on my camera. But someone did!

I got quite behind on blogging and blog visits last week. . . out of town on a college search trip. . . but I’m enjoying catching up with folks this week. It was fun to see your basement stairs. My advice is to stain or paint them. . . I like white risers best. . . but if I were you I wouldn’t make the treads too dark of a color. Every little piece of dirt and lint shows up on dark treads. Wonder how I know that?
