Welcome to DIY Day with My Design Guide! Today we have a 11 (Yes, ELEVEN!) fantastic prizes from My Design Guide and you DON’T have to link up a post to win!
My Design Guide is the brainchild of Champe Granger and Roger Bouchard. They are experienced home renovators who LOVE a good bargain (my kind of people!). They created My Design Guide for people who want real, professional, custom interior design, but don’t want to pay a lot for it.
My Design Guide offers online design consultations for simple things like paint selection and window treatment recommendations, all the way up to complete custom room designs! They can help you with your project whether it’s big or small.
Their design consultations include gorgeous 3D pictures that show what their recommendations will look like in your room. Here’s one of my favorites:
Family Room Before
One of the things I love best about My Design Guide is that their designs are based on products from affordable stores that we all know…Target, Ballard Designs, Pier 1, Walmart, Overstock.com and others. At the end of your consultation, you’ll receive a shopping list with every suggested item on it. It will contain prices and links to the stores where you can find the products.
And even if you can’t afford the specific item that they suggest, you can use it as inspiration to do it yourself or find something similar at a thrift store.
Bed & Breakfast Guest Room Redesign

Oh what I wouldnt do for this! We moved into our home 3 years ago and our basement family room is STILL builders beige! It is also a odd shape, I just cant seem to figure out what to do with it. Some professional help would really be appriciated!

Just found your blog. Great DIY ideas.
I think everyroom in my home could use some help! It is a total fixer-upper, think gutted rooms! So, it’s pretty bare and basic and functional, but not decorated! Thanks for the giveaway!

I visited the site and I like the Country But Current living room design.
My upstairs bedroom or my daughter’s upstairs bedroom could use some professional design help. We live in a Cape Cod and the upstairs rooms are very tiny with slanted ceilings. We’ve done our best, but still are not happy with the results! They are the only rooms I haven’t posted on my ‘before and after’ photos on my blog! Great giveaway! Thanks, and good luck to everyone.

What I like the most is “the shopping list” giving me where to shop locally and online and within resoanble amount of $$$$… I would like to have the living room redone. I need help in my bedroom- it shouldn’t be that hard, yet it is. I’m missing something. I too love that the design resources are realistic stores!
Alot of my rooms could use makeovers! I feel like the rooms we have are limited as to furniture placement due to windows and doors. I would either use the design in my den or master bedroom.
