Welcome to DIY Day! Are you ready to share your latest project?

If you’re new here, every Tuesday we get together to share our newest DIY projects. I’m really flexible about what constitutes a DIY project. A furniture makeover, an outdoor project, a holiday craft, some new artwork…maybe a great recipe?

I was blessed to get to know Richella through her blog, Imparting Grace. You know how you just connect with certain people? That’s how it was with Richella (pronounced rih-shell-uh). I read a little of her store here and here and I knew she was my kind of people. Not perfect. But trying.

Richella has openly shared the trying circumstances that her family has survived over the past couple of years. But I think my favorite post came last week when she shared her feelings about not having a mountain to climb. Her honesty and openness touched my heart and made me adore her even more.

Although, I don’t normally participate in the party, I usually visit many of the links. I’d love to be included in the giveaway so I’ll tell you who I visited and commented on. (This is fun!) … It’s the Little Things that Make a House a Home, Gray Matters, Infarrantly Creative, Mustard Seed Creations, and Moore Minutes. I visited others as well that I wasn’t able to leave a comment on due to the drop down comment form (an issue with my browser I guess).

Hi Kimba,
I visited Imparting Grace to see the towels, Mommy’s Words and saw the wonderful upholstered bed. Centsational Girl for the tufted headboard,iss Mustard Seed to see the lovely sheet music table, and My Big Life in a Small Town to support her first post and see the great bench transformation. Such a great party you throw!

My Monday’s Method today is helping Lisa select paint color and other assorted tid bits of advice. It is a series I am doing to give back helpful interior design advice for my readers. Come on by!
