DIY Day Recap

Welcome to A Soft Place to Land! If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed for free updates. You can also sign up to receive my new posts via email. Thanks for visiting!

We have finally managed to sort out the issues with my wonky Google Friend Connect. If you joined my new site on Monday, you’ll need to sign up again with my Google Friend Connect thingy. The only way to fix the problem was to trash it and start over. So please add your pretty face again. Then my posts will show up in your Blogger Dashboard. Sorry!

Honestly, I was a little worried that the turnout for the first DIY Day at the new and improved ASPTL would be a little light. Was I ever wrong! Nearly 300 project were linked up! And you all stepped it way up this week! It was one fabulous project after another.

If you haven’t read my guest post at (in)courage (A Quick and Easy Fall Centerpiece), be sure to swing by over there and leave a comment at (in)courage so you can be entered in our giveaway for the Lisa Leonard necklace. Winner announced next week.

Hi Kimba! I re-subscribed as a Friends Connect. I see that you had to start all over again. I know that just stinks..hehe. Im having the same problems over at my place. I messed around wioth my feedburner account and lost everything. I am trying to ask for people to re-submit to the old friends connect account but I dont think they are getting the updated post. Is this what happened to you? I may just have to start from scratch again too. Thanks for any advice you may have ! Susie

Oh, thank you, Kimba, for featuring my projects! I feel like I’m running my kitchen posts into the ground…I’ve got to get more projects done in other rooms of the house, lol!

Have a wonderful day!

Hey there! I thought I had signed up after the troubles, but I just signed up again and it went through. Hopefully that fixed the problem. :)

Thanks for the recap. I visit a lot of them, but unfortunately, don’t hit them all.
