Come on in and check out our Moms Unite Shopping Guide! I encourage you to do some of your holiday shopping with these wonderful ladies who all run their own businesses. We have artists, crafters, graphic designers, things for your home and, just for fun, a Great Reads section with some bloggers who are definitely worth a read.

I am constantly inspired by the ingenuity and talent of the women that I meet through my blog. Take a few minutes and look through the list to find something great!

You can still add your listing! Click on this post for all the details.

What a wonderful thing y’all are doing. When are you going to open up a furniture rehab store!

3 Aubrey October 31, 2008 at 12:49 am

This has nothing to do with Moms Unite, but I have to tell you that all your tutorials on rehabbing furniture inspired me and I finally finished and posted about my first project. Thanks for showing us how and helping us to not be afraid of a staple gun.

Thanks for organizing the list.

I LOVE your blog! It is one of my daily favorites.

It has inspired & encouraged me to paint and re-cover an old piano bench / stool. I'm not quite finished but will post pics on my blog.

What a fantastic idea! I have a question though…are only home based web businesses or etsy shops allowed? I run an ebay business, selling unique and vintage treasures. I list every Sunday and have excellent feedback and service.
I would love to participate since many of my treasures are just what so many are creating with and decorating with. I also have some nice gift items in my store. This mom works hard even though my daughter is out of the home now.;0)
Thanks and look forward to hearing from you!

Hey, can dad’s enter this? I have wildlife art prints from my paintings at http://www.wildheartgallery.net

If dad’s aren’t allowed, just delete me.

17 Kimba November 2, 2008 at 6:07 am

Nancy,

I can’t contact you directly because your profile isn’t public but yes! You can absolutely participate. We have at least one other ebay business so you’ll be in good company.

Send your information and I’ll get you set up.

Michael,

The list was originally compiled to support moms in business but I don’t think anyone would frown on some dads in business too. :-)

Send me your info!

Kimba,

What a FUN buyer’s guide! I’m sure the women selling their wares will benefit from its publication; I stumbled this post to hopefully generate more traffic :) .

Uh oh….what if you find stuff you wanna buy for YOURSELF??
