His name is Timothy Straw from Benjamin Moore and he’s the most beautiful paint color. Not quite green. Not quite gold. Just yummy and beautiful!
Well here…see for yourself.

I really never thought I’d be posting a picture of my potty in the internet.
In case you’re curious, here is a “before” picture. It was a standard, builder bathroom. No storage and an unframed mirror.

This mirror was a Goodwill find. It originally came from Tar-Jay and was beat-up and falling apart. Some super glue, a little spray paint and voila!
I think pedestal sinks are very pretty and practical in small spaces like this, but I would still like to have a bit of storage in my powder room

I had this small wood cabinet that was actually a doll wardrobe at one point. Now it’s black and just the right size for a few rolls of tp and a bottle of spray cleaner.
And a little artwork…

The frames used to be brown and the pictures are scrapbook paper. I love how the poppy color in the flowers looks against the wall color.
A couple of shelves and we’ll call it done.

Have I ever mentioned that I am the world’s messiest painter? I get paint everywhere. In my hair, on the floor, on my clothes, on the kids. Everywhere.

Just in case you thought I was exaggerating.

Hi Kimba, so I just found your blog and I love it! On this post, you have 3 black frames which were formally brown. What was the process you went through to paint them black? I currently have a brown frame I’d like to spray paint another color. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
